Homes England is currently collecting information on the potential appetite to deliver community-led housing projects – including that of new builds and conversions.
All community-based groups and parish councils in England (outside London) are invited to provide a summary of information regarding plans for new community-led housing projects and the progress made on those plans to date.
The information, collected by Homes England and the government is said to help understand potential requirements for government support and grant funding across the community-led housing sector over the coming years.
Outlined on proposal forms, questions include that of the number and type of homes anticipated, the tenure of those homes and the anticipated timescale of delivery.
Responses to the call are to be made by 31st May this year.
