The Leadership 2025 programme is currently looking for its next intake of applications for November 2019.
Run by Optivo, L&Q, BME London and Network Homes, the programme aims to support and empower BME senior professionals to become housing sector ‘leaders of the future’.
The programme is partnered with Roffey Park Business School, which runs the leadership programmes, and is sponsored by Altair.
The nine-month programme covers:
- Core Programme – comprehensive learning experience to reflect on the type of leader each participant wants to be
- Strategic Leadership Programme – with out of sector peers, with Roffey Park Business School
- Mentor support from Industry leaders
- Technical masterclasses with housing experts
The programme was given a highly commended status at last year’s 24housing Diversity in Housing awards.
Gina Amoh, chair of the Leadership2025 Steering Group, said: “This is a top-level business school accredited leadership programme, with leading housing sector mentors, and a range of technical sector relevant masterclasses.
“For those who participate, being on the programme will be CV gold dust.”
